Castello Boutique Resort & Spa - Adults Only
"We booked for the first time with Jet2, for which the holiday was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We took our sons and their partners. I had assisting boarding as very recently had a complex knee replacement; the service couldn’t have been handled any better if they tried as it was so smooth and the staff were happy and professional. We were greeted straight off the plane at Crete and once again the assistance was brilliant. The hotel and staff were great and made us and our holiday feel so special. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern and had a real feeling of quality.we are booking to go away in September and with out a doubt will be going with JET2 - keep up the amazing work"
Castello Village Resort
"I couldn't describe it any better. Truly wonderful. It is our last day here, We came to Castello Resort Village for 10 days. Everything was perfect. The food and service were excellent. We met the manager Ervis, who did everything to provide excellent service. We were also lucky enough to meet Christopher a great administrator there, He was very polite and a true gentleman. We will definitely be back. We recommend it without a doubt!"
Enorme Santanna Island
"We spent 10 unforgettable days at this exclusive hotel, which features a fantastic pool with a sea view. The beach is a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic buffet—which leaves nothing to be desired—featuring delicious, well-balanced, and varied food. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and attentive. We can highly recommend this hotel; the atmosphere is very relaxing. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff."
Mila Sissi Bay Hotel
"Second visit to Sissi, beautiful village with fantastic restaurants and people But I definitely wouldn't return to Koutarkis Although it's location is amazing the rooms are dated and have a strange smell Coffee/tea not replenished Pool loungers are the most uncomfortable ever Safety deposit box was additional charge , which I think should be included in 4 star ! Breakfast, plenty to need but it never changed , no variation Also found it totally unprofessional to be told that I shouldn't visit the hotel next door . I'm holiday , I'll eat and drink where I want The tourist tax was cash only on arrival . This differs to the hotel I stayed at the previous year in Sissi No check out process.. Just leave key on bar"
Maritimo Beach Hotel
"Amazing hotel with wonderful staff and amenities. I highly recommend the aegeo spa and massages and treatments from Dimitrios Kosteas and the entire staff there . You must try it out"
Sissi Mare Apartments
"What a lovely quiet peaceful place. Lovely large apartment with fantastic sea views. Lovely family run business . Will definitely be booking again. Situated looking over the port of Sissi fab location . Near to all amenities and right by the sea ."
Angela Suites Boutique Hotel
"Angela Suites is in an ideal location to enjoy all the local restaurants and cocktail bars in Sissi. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We didn't have an evening meal in the restaurant but lunchtime drinks and food was good and reasonably priced. I found the breakfast very repetitive, the fresh fruit salad never varied, I never saw a grape, apple or any berries in 14 days. There was the usual self service hot food section, toast, croissants, greek yoghurt but no cooked to order egg station. Other guests were permitted to smoke on the edge of the breakfast area and of course, smoke travels! It was the same round the pool. As far as the hotel, I believe the only reason it is classed as 5* is because of the onsite spa and gym. The communal areas were 4* at best and our Junior suite room with balcony was more a 3/3.5*. The bath area is very dated with a shower over the bath and a shower curtain. I can't remember the last time I saw one of those! The bed is memory foam and comfortable and our sheets were changed every couple of days. Although the towels were thin, they were nice and white and changed daily. Because this is classed as a 5* hotel, the daily tax is €15. The hotel also has an apartment block, steps away and the guests are able to use all the facilities of the hotel, the tax for the apartments is only €2 daily. I have given this a 4 out of 5, but my true rating would be 3.5 out of 5. We did enjoy our stay in Sissi, it is a very pretty town but unfortunately I probably would not return to Angela Suites."
Vasia Sea Retreat
"Just back from a 10 day stay, overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely love to return. The location suited us well, just on the edge of the village about 10 mins walk to the centre but with a supermarket and few bars/restaurants close by. The hotel is very well kept, gardens are lovely, pool areas clean and sun loungers comfy. A lovely relaxed atmosphere around the pools. We were B&B and the breakfast was good, the orange juice was lovely, not the watered-down rubbish you get in some places. The only thing that was a bit hit and miss was the cleaning, the cleaners were lovely but I’m not sure if we had someone new as we weren’t left water on quite a few days (we weren’t sure if it should have been left or not), we were only left a loo roll a couple of times and had to go hunting for the cleaner or the trolley to get some on several occasions. We didn’t use the pool bar as it was quite expensive, we nipped next door to the Alexandros for lunch a couple of times which was half the price. The only other small(ish) negative was we realised on the last day that the safe was not actually screwed down, if anyone decided to break in they could have easily took it with them. We were in block 3, the rooms are sea view which is great but in the late afternoon and evening we found the balcony too hot to sit out having a sundowner, some chairs at the rear of the block would be useful for a bit of shade I think, just a suggestion! As I said we think we will return at some point due to the location, setting and course the staff who were all lovely and welcoming."
Alexandros Hotel
"Location is great and near both supermarkets. Also lovely walk to the harbour. Atmosphere was chilled and welcoming. Rooms are cleaned and bright.
