"We were looking forward to a great dinner on the countryside of Scania, Sweden. Very nice location in the middle of nowhere. Food was great, well prepared. The wine to the food was a disaster. The waiter explained that my taste for wine was unique and that my judgement of the wine was wrong. The wine he just opened. Well, first the temperature of the (red) wine was 20c up and it was clear the wine was not recently opened ( colour was red-brown, so likely oxidised). My wife got the same wine, according to the waiter, which tasted significantly different. There was nothing to argue about; I was wrong. Price of a glass: SEK240,- (which is about €22-23). Would not recommend to go there, since the waiter opposing my tasting experience is “not acceptable”. Offering a new glass would be the only solution of saving his butt and having a returning customer."
