"A large hotel. It's like a city within a city. The rooms are large, but those facing the tennis court have a huge drawback – noise. You're woken by the noise of delivery trucks from 6 a.m. Breakfast is very good. Everything is available. There's a swimming pool, but there's no information on how to get to the saltwater pool. Generally, it's okay if you like large hotels. Minus for us : reception – I understand that someone might have a bad day, but to such an extent?"

"Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room on the ground floor is comfortable with a lawn balcony. The sauna was also very comfortable. Breakfast is also very satisfying. I will stay again next time."

"The restaurant of the hotel is not interested in customers… lack of English and friendliness. We wanted to have a quick lunch at 14 hours and wanted to go to the Terrace, although it was not at all cleaned up. A few guests were- despite the look of the Terrace-sitting outside already. The way from the kitchen to the terrace is really not worth mentioning, but the waiter and also the reception did not even answer, why they did not accept us as guest on the terrace. Strange behaviour! They even did not excuse themselves all explain, why we were not welcome. Ob no interest in turnover."

"A beautiful, well-maintained, and pleasant hotel. We were very impressed with the service, especially at breakfast. Thank you, Daniel! The selection of fresh and regional products is excellent. The 10 different types of honey and jams, and the bread selection, are unique. Eggs are prepared to order, whether in five or six minutes or scrambled. For the way home, we had coffee to go and could make sandwiches. A perfect stay in a fantastic hotel."

Dolina Charlotty Resort&Spa

"1/5 Default and gross misconduct - consider another choice!! A stay in the Hotel ‘Dolina Charlotty’ was supposed to be a gift for my mother's 55th birthday. Unfortunately, just a few hours after my arrival, I was forced to leave the facility due to the blatantly poor standard of service and the staff's lack of response to my comments. Despite having paid the £207 fee for the entire stay, I only spent four hours on the hotel grounds - the last of which was spent waiting for the manager to contact me. I received a response from reception that: ‘the manager has children, it's late and I'm sure she's busy, so I won't bother her’. I found this totally unprofessional and unacceptable in a facility of this class. Key failings included: - inadequate sanitation - cleaning staff moved around with a mop while meals were being served in the restaurant, - unavailability of announced attractions, including the inability to rent bicycles and the lack of any information about the hours of operation of the facilities, - poor technical condition of the facility and unsightly interiors, - lack of commitment on the part of the staff and total ignorance of requests to contact management. This stay was a unique opportunity that was unfortunately ruined by the extremely poor level of service and the lack of any response to concerns raised. I do not recommend this place to those expecting professionalism, reliability and comfort commensurate with the high price."

"The apartment was clean and spacious and bathroom had lots of towels of different sizes. Breakfast was good but I would suggest more vegan/vegetarian options with clearly marked labels. The Three Sisters (Trzy Corki) restaurant food was delicious and the staff (Julia & Julia) always helpful and smiling - thank you - and it was really good priced."
