"On arrival, you're greeted by a large open car park, which initially seems like a positive. However, as a hotel guest, you are required to pay for parking, which really should be included. As this is marketed as a gym hotel, I expected gym access to be part of the stay, but this is also charged as an additional fee. The large bar and grill attached to the hotel attracts a lot of rowdy behaviour, with people regularly arriving and leaving while intoxicated. Unfortunately, this creates an unsavoury atmosphere and reflects poorly on the hotel's image. My one-star rating is based solely on the room itself, which was not particularly clean. For example, there was dust and dirt behind the TV, and the cups had old tea stains. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."

"I booked an accessible room which was up to flights of stairs! The bed was uncomfortable. The shower bathroom was a little dirty with ingrained mould and rust could hear people walking by very thin walls. Fortunately only booked one night"
