"We only spent one night half board, we wouldn't have stayed a minute longer. The room was of very low quality, a piece of panforte instead of bed slats, the sink tap without a filter (unusable), no fridge, passed off as a balcony with a view of the Latemar but the mountain was on the opposite side, poor food and a limited menu, embarrassing breakfast. On the website it looked like another hotel. Lots of fluff about the Spa which in fact only has a beautiful and large Finnish sauna, the spa staff embarrassing to say the least, no Turkish bath (the wellness center...). On the other hand at dinner a waitress went around the tables and asked if you wanted parmesan cheese which she poured on your plate, as well as salt and pepper. Instead of focusing on ridiculous-exotic offers it would be good for this new generation of hoteliers to reinforce the already strong points of a beautiful valley and a Ladin-style hotel in a beautiful place. Best wishes. 182 euros wasted."

"A most friendly hotel with high class reception service also in English . All from buss tables , ski cards, weather information, coffee bringing to the room or a beer to the wellness area. Clean wellness with all you need. Nice renovated rooms and balcony. A lot of parking place , also a big carport. The Marcialonga tracks are 50m from the hotel. Busstop 30m. We visited this hotel for the fifth time and everytime its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. By Car Passo Lavaze 1 h , Seiser Alm 1:10 and San Pellegrino 15 min. / Mikael."

"I stayed in this hotel from the 22nd to the 26th and had a great time. The owners were very kind and always available, the rooms were functional and always tidy and clean. We had half board, always three first courses and three second courses. For the requested period we were given a one-day discount. We paid 450 euros for the stay for half board."
