"very low level service. no cleanliness during 6 days. no toilet towel change for a week. nobody at the bar most of the time and the smile from personnel were option free. one day with no one for breakfast and have therefore to wait till 9h30 to get a poor cup of coffee. otherwise good atmosphere and location. noise level from wave can be disturbing but globally acceptable. the boss was the nicest personn but had to leave the hotel for a week......maybe the reason why ???"

"The room was clean and comfortable but dated. The air conditioner is in the bedroom but was able to cleap the entire apartment cool. The one television was in the living room. I was impressed by the cleanliness because this is the only place I visited in Sosua that did not have an ant problem. It is easy to find and everyone there was very friendly."

"We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon, and it absolutely set the bar high. The amenities are fantastic—we spent plenty of evenings relaxing in the hot tub with fireplace—but the location is also perfect. It feels like a private oasis, yet it’s incredibly convenient to Cabarete and plenty of fantastic local restaurants. We much prefer this over an all inclusive resort, because we were able to get out and explore each day but come back to a luxury place each evening. One of our favorite touches was the dedicated WhatsApp group with the concierge and front desk. It made communicating with the team so incredibly easy at all hours, and they were always quick to help. The breakfast was amazing and fresh every single day (we loved Yohanny) with amazing options, including their take on the local Dominican classic tres golpes. And the snorkeling excursion was an absolute blast. Huge shoutout to Ray and Yohemi! If you're looking for a mix of relaxation with awesome pools, top-tier service, and easy access to local culture, this is the place. We can't wait to come back!"

"Had a surprisingly great time at the resort. The bad reviews almost made me not stay but I'm glad I did. Although the resort is small the food was really good. Even better than other puerto plata resorts I have been to. I had a massage by Yordan & it was the best massage I have ever had & very reasonably priced as well. I would definitely return."

"I and my wife were at this hotel on January 15th . For the price we paid we thought, it was going to be a nice place, but guess what we found?. On third floor, right on the main hallway, a very old water leak, old toilets all over the side yard and an old fountain without use, also birds eating the food. In other words this place was like a junkyard . Judge by yourself."
