NNikolayХороший отель в отличном месте. Отель располагается у лагуны с песчаным пляжем. Но будьте готовы платить 21 евро за 2 лежака и зонтик в день. Плюс 40 евро, если вы хотите зарезервировать за собой конкретные лежаки. Что очень актуально, если вы приехали в высокий сезон.
Проезд на такси от аэропорта до отеля обойдется в ~90 евро в одну сторону.
Еда вкусная, но немного однообразная. Упор сделан на локальные продукты и в целом на испанскую кухню. Помимо основного ресторана, на территории отеля еще есть 4 тематических ресторана, в которые необходимо записываться заранее. Нам за 8 дней пребывания в отеле удалось попасть только в 3 из них. На завтраки подают Каву :)
Номера относительно свежие и чистые, но не хватает тапочек, халатов и гигиенических принадлежностей. Кстати, халаты предлагают купить за 30 евро, если они вам очень нужны :) Еще в душевой плохо уходит вода, но эту проблему сразу же решили после нашей жалобы.
Команда анимации отрабатывает на 5+. Вы найдете развлечения на любой вкус в течении дня.
GGuest UserThe resort tried to charge me extra money for my kids stay as Trip.com did not communicate 4 people but 2. We showed paperwork as proof and Trip customer service called and it wasn’t enough despite paperwork saying 2 kids and 2 adults. They wanted to charge me another $800 for my kids stay after I already paid. Trip asked I pay and they’d reimburse me but I didn’t trust anyone and it sounded too good to be true. One of these two screwed up and almost ruined my vacation. Hotel “figured it out” and made the problem go away but I don’t know who was at fault.
Hotel staff were amazing, location was amazing, food was good for breakfast and crazy expensive for dinners. They tried to stick me in a smoking room and told me they were full, later they found another room for us that was much better. The issues were solved but this was disappointing experience on Iberostar reservations team and trip.com.

The front desk was very welcoming and helped us a lot.
The only downside is that the air conditioner needs to close the balcony door very tightly to operate.
AAnonymous UserWe stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food.
However, the overall experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it.
There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved.
Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice.
Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained.
Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de
