Spa hotels in Pyrenees-Orientales

New, stylish, clean hotel! Attention to every detail in the interior . We used sauna and hammam - pre-booked time for respiratory, provided slippers and coats. In the room coffee machine, minibar. Not enough - balsam for hair and body cream. Breakfast was not ordered. Parking is public next to the hotel.

The bed has like a dent in the middle. It's not nice for our back. Edwin was patient and helpful.

Hotel is located on a hill so getting up and down takes time. The facility is pretty nice despite a bit dated. The service is good and the breakfast is alright, but the view from the window was really good. We had booked a room with 4 beds but only one of the rooms had air conditioning, which is not so great.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The residence is located in a quiet area, but it's quite far from the city center and the beach. Therefore, having a vehicle (car or bike) for getting around is highly recommended. In the immediate vicinity, there are almost exclusively residential buildings and no shops nearby. The beach is about a ten-minute drive away. The welcome at check-in was adequate. However, several points could be improved. The bedding was disappointing: the main sleeping arrangement is a two-person sofa bed, and the two pull-out trundle beds are uncomfortable and seem quite flimsy. We ended up only using the sofa bed for the entire stay. The maintenance of the common areas could be more frequent. With many people passing through daily, the lobby and hallways were sometimes dirty, giving an impression of neglect. The main negative point, however, remains the noise pollution. There's no real supervision in the evenings, as reception is only open for a few hours. In fifteen days, we only saw a security guard once in the residence. Several evenings, holidaymakers made a lot of noise until 1 or 2 AM (music, conversations...), despite complaints from neighbors. This situation recurred several times during our stay. Finally, I regret the lack of civility from some holidaymakers. Being on the ground floor with a small garden open to the pathway, we repeatedly found papers and trash thrown into it. This is obviously not the fault of the residence, but it detracts from the comfort of the stay. With better bedding, more regular maintenance of common areas, and an evening presence to ensure quietness, this residence could offer a much better experience.
