RRubyMSHotel didn't have an elevator but they were quick to transfer my family and I to a ground level room as my dad had walking difficulties. Overall great service & staff, will stay again in the future.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and value with the trip discounts. The staff was friendly and the room was good. Only weird thing was that you have to enter off the street through the parking garage. No direct entrance to the lobby. But there is a guard so it is very safe.

GGuest UserNice property, not in a central location. Spacious rooms, large and comfortable double bed.
The cleanliness wasn't the best; there was dust on the floor and in the corners of the room.
Complimentary water, coffee, and soft drinks were provided free of charge in the room.
Excellent staff, very kind, helpful, and above all, smiling.
Superb breakfast. Every dish was delicious and always refilled.
Small gym where you can do some exercise, and a pool on the ground floor for relaxing.
