GGuest UserVery nice hostel, great owner and staff, kind and very helpful.
Have the cheapest and best tour for mount bromo and waterfalls in town.
Powerful AC in the rooms, clean and nice hot showers.
Washing machine and chill spot on the roof.
I highly recommend staying at least 2 nights.
Great free tour we got of the local chinese temple.
Locatio close to the color villages.
Had a very good time there.
Nice night market in front of the place.

AAnonymous UserYour hotel is comfortable . Breakfast was good and have variety choices. The service in the front desk and restaurant are both good too, especially during breakfast the waitress are friendly and ready to help. During my Check in the front desk help pretty quick too. The bus boy took my luggage right away being send to my room. Has free coffee or tea in the lounge is a good thing . The non smoking room is clean and not too small, bathroom facilities is good. The cupboards have many hangers I like that. The price is not too cheap, average price. Overall I enjoyed my stay . I don’t mind recommending to friends.

PPlatinum BoarRooms was spacious and clean. The hotel is very clise to the mid size mall.with supermarket and decent restaurants spread. The breakfast was so so though, nothing to shout about. The lady manning the egg station (the one handling the on demand egg request) was a bit slow and dont remember the guests' orders, nor the faces. It created chaostic situation where the order will be passed to the person stabding there waitjng instead of by order sequence. Will be best if the hotel just put up a numbering system or get the guess table for delivery. At least the other lady handling the omellete was quite fast so the it reduced the guest's frustation.

Mmrs.mashStaying at Regents Hotel Malang was both comfortable and incredibly convenient, especially for my planned visit to Mount Bromo. The hotel’s location made it an ideal base, putting me within easy reach of the mountain for an early start on the sunrise tour.
The lobby and general atmosphere of the hotel had a welcoming warmth, blending modern comforts with traditional Javanese decor. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a window view that overlooked beautiful gardens, offering a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring.
The hotel restaurant was another highlight, featuring a diverse breakfast buffet that ranged from freshly baked pastries to local specialties. This made it easy to grab a filling meal before heading out for a day of adventure. The hotel staff were helpful as well, providing tips on the best routes to Bromo and even assisting with transportation options.
Overall, Regents Hotel Malang offered a convenient and comfortable stay, making it easy to explore Bromo and enjoy the beauty of Malang!

the hotel is clean, has a free valet service for car parking, small pool in the 6th floor facing the street.
the staffs are very accomodate what you needs, they also offer us a free upgraded room to deluxe.

Room and bathroom were clean. Drinkable water can be obtained from dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast was nice! Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, cereals, etc.
Hotel location is in the heart of the city. Probably the only minus point was, as a property the hotel is not the most spacious, so less parking area available. Bunch of cars tend to queue in the morning picking up the outgoing guests.

AamirulshafiIbis have shown that they deserve credit for their efforts to maintain their standard of cleanliness. The room is clean and the location is strategic enough to be in the centre of Malang City with a nearby mart and coffee shop. I love to come and stay in Ibis again. Thank you Ibis!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station.
The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
