RrainbowactiveSuper great hotel. Really clean, nice staff and amazing, I mean amazing, breakfast. The breakfast had so many western and Indonesian options. Even some Chinese options that I was happy to see. They can even make fresh noodles or cook eggs for you.
The staff was so accommodating. We went on a three day trip and they let us keep our luggage there for those days. They also helped up to order taxis and figure out how to get train tickets.
Next to the hotel is a nice bakery, I enjoyed eating their sweets while drinking some tea provided by the hotel and looking out the window 😊

The hotel staff really pay attention to guest special request. And they were helpful too. Will recommend Ijen suites to friends, relatives and acquitances for sure!

AAnonymous UserThey have variety of food for the breakfast which is great. However, the cafe of the hotel (Napa Eatery & Bar), was not as great. Food took 30mins to serve when my family is the only one there for dinner. The taste of the food was not really on par with the reviews that I've seen.
The hotel services is not as great. They reassured us that they will provide the things that are not in the room (example: iron for ironing clothes), but, we did not receive it.

the hotel is clean, has a free valet service for car parking, small pool in the 6th floor facing the street.

Got a room on the 8th floor: fast Wi-Fi up to 30 Mbps, and a wonderful night sky view.
Highlights:
Varied and delicious breakfast. A complete menu is available — appetizers, buffet breakfast, egg corner, Asian and Western dishes (photos attached).
Very strategic location, close to a mall, Brawijaya University, and Muhammadiyah University.
GoFood and GrabFood friendly. At night, there are tons of great food options nearby — from penyetan, martabak, red fried rice, and more — all within 0–30 minutes delivery range.
Free parking for hotel guests, both at the open lobby area and in the basement.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the main road of Jl.S. Parman. The location is superb. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. There are Pizza Hut and supermarkets just a few steps away. It is about a 2-hour drive from Surabaya Airport.

WWan Irham 75This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby.
In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably.
Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully.
Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous.
What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.

The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
