AAnonymous UserYour hotel is comfortable . Breakfast was good and have variety choices. The service in the front desk and restaurant are both good too, especially during breakfast the waitress are friendly and ready to help. During my Check in the front desk help pretty quick too. The bus boy took my luggage right away being send to my room. Has free coffee or tea in the lounge is a good thing . The non smoking room is clean and not too small, bathroom facilities is good. The cupboards have many hangers I like that. The price is not too cheap, average price. Overall I enjoyed my stay . I don’t mind recommending to friends.

Also the pool in good condition, my kids very happy after swim can play @playground with the helpfull staff. Thank you harris

Room and bathroom were clean. Drinkable water can be obtained from dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast was nice! Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, cereals, etc.
Hotel location is in the heart of the city. Probably the only minus point was, as a property the hotel is not the most spacious, so less parking area available. Bunch of cars tend to queue in the morning picking up the outgoing guests.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and value with the trip discounts. The staff was friendly and the room was good. Only weird thing was that you have to enter off the street through the parking garage. No direct entrance to the lobby. But there is a guard so it is very safe.

GGuest UserThe staff are very friendly and helpful. The furniture is good quality but not very comfortable and sheets do not fit the mattress. The WiFi is useless - I mostly had to use mobile data instead and switch off WiFi. It was a disconcerting that every room-cleaning resulted in setting the AC to 15 degrees. Breakfast can only be purchased for two people , not for singles.

GGuest UserVery good, arrived in Malang at 9... wandered around while waiting for check-in time. ... but tired from culinary tours, finally arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock even though check-in time was still a long way off (2 o'clock).. waiting... finally at 1 o'clock we were allowed to enter because the room was ready

WWan Irham 75This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby.
In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably.
Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully.
Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous.
What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station.
The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.

KkitsunebilaThe air conditioning is less cold, but so far because malang cold so safe .. location okay, near indomaret .. towards the stone is also good, to the mall good close, deker univ so many places to hang out, the guard had disappeared for a while when checkin .. so far good
