Homestay yg cukup nyaman, dan sangat di rekomendasikan utk mhs yg mau wisuda di ub karna dekat bgt dengan ub dan dekat juga dengan jajanan/kuliner, tempatnya adem

Booked a standard room for one night, but they gave me a better room as the ran out of standard ones, so a bit of a plus? Room was clean, bathroom was clean as well so definitely recommend. The only issue I had was that like most tourist I am doing the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall/mt bromo / ijen tour and that means early start but there was a group of Indonesian tourists which were extremely loud from between 20:00 to 02:00 there need to be signs about quiet hours and enforced because it causes a lot of sleep issues for others. So my suggestion keep a pair of earplugs or noise cancelling headphones (what I did) and I could still hear them a bit but eventually fell asleep.

The location was very good, everything only a short drive away. Plenty of food options within walking distance, including Rawon Djenggot. The property is an old Dutch house, well maintained and a great place to relax with plenty of seating. Coffee and tea is provided in the mornings. Very comfortable.

Nice guest house, clean and hommy, location near to many resto and mall

The guest house is new, clean and all the rooms smell good. It's very good in the room but the minus is the place on the roadside and it's difficult to park the car. The room is not so sound that cars, drones and ambulance sounds very loud in my room 308.kamar Next to my noise is like moving a mattress Because it is struck with the wall of my room. And was disturbed again when in the morning around 06.30 around Pesona Guest House there is such a loud dangdutan music. So in conclusion, the room and facilities are very good but the noise outside makes me unable to sleep .. and thank you for sending BF Maryam bread and hot tea. Maybe in the future, it can be given a kind of silence so that guests who want to rest after a day can rest without noise outside. Thank you for the charming guest house 🙏

Everything else was pretty good, but for the shampoo and soap, there were dispensers but no actual product inside. Also, maybe the towels could be updated, as they're starting to feel a bit stiff. And please, check the TV regularly for any issues! 😁 Other than that, it was okay. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Thank you, Safa Guesthouse.

The air conditioning is less cold, but so far because malang cold so safe .. location okay, near indomaret .. towards the stone is also good, to the mall good close, deker univ so many places to hang out, the guard had disappeared for a while when checkin .. so far good

Highly recommended, for those who are on vacation to poor want to stay, clean and comfortable place, very large parking for cars/motors

Property is nice, located inside a housing area so it makes you feel safe. One thing that could be improved a lot is the cleanliness. The bathroom need a deepclean, and overall the house need a professional clean as well as the garden area. The water heater can only be used for 1 person only (max 10mins). And bring your earplug as yhere is an ongoing constructions that start at 8am-4pm directly beside the house, and it is so lound so please keep that in mind. The house is actually nice, but the level of cleanliness especially in the bathroom need to be taken care of.
