"The most puzzling thing was that when we contacted the hotel customer service to inquire about the shuttle bus from the train station to the hotel, the customer service representative sometimes said "there is a shuttle bus," and sometimes said "no," causing us to wait at the train station for quite some time! It seems that the free shuttle bus from the station to the hotel has stopped being provided at some point. If guests want to check in, they have to push their luggage up a slope for almost 20 minutes to get there. However, the hotel facilities are comfortable."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Deltapark Vitalresort. The hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of choices. The location is a little less convenient if you plan to travel around by public transport, and the view from my room was pleasant but not particularly impressive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast."

"Spiez itself is quite small, and the hotel is very close to the train station. We stayed in Spiez and took the train every morning to visit Grindelwald, Zermatt, and Interlaken, which was very convenient. If you arrive late, you can self-check-in. I thought our room would be small because we booked the last one, but it turned out to be very spacious (at least much larger than an Ibis room) and comfortable. When checking in at night, I saw free bread and fruit available for guests to take. In the morning, you can buy bread downstairs for a few Swiss francs to take with you as snacks for the road. The only downside is that the Coop in Spiez closes too early and is closed on weekends. However, public transport in Switzerland is so convenient that you can just take a one-stop train to the Coop at Bern train station."

"We should have stayed in the lake-view room; the view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset when the sky was ablaze with red clouds. At midday, when the sun was shining, we could sit outdoors and eat. The food was decent, the fish was delicious. The Swiss hot chocolate was so good; my son had a cup every morning. The rooms were a bit old, it was a family-run guesthouse, but well-maintained."

"The hotel has a great location, very close to the station, within walking distance. The room windows offer beautiful views. The room is large and clean. A family booked the room for three nights. There was one double bed and one sofa bed. We visited the Jungfrau and Matterhorn."
