"I want to absolutely love this hotel because it was clean,the staff was awesome,breakfast was good but I had to ding it because my room was just loud all day & all night. The air intake/vent ran 24/7 even when the air conditioning wasn’t actively on and it was loud in the bathroom and the room itself. This is the 2nd Tru that I’ve experienced this. I am not sure if it’s just certain rooms or if it’s widespread because no one else has mentioned it. I stay in the Nashville area once a month and would like to stay here again but the room kept me up ALL night long."

"Extremely disappointing experience. I spent weeks trying to obtain receipts for charges on my credit card and was repeatedly denied assistance by a hotel employee. During multiple calls, I was placed on hold for extended periods, hung up on, and treated unprofessionally while simply trying to obtain documentation. I contacted Hilton Customer Care and was told the hotel would need to provide the receipts. Even when a colleague called on my behalf, assistance stopped once it was discovered the request was related to my account. What is most frustrating is that another person at my company was eventually able to obtain the receipts, and they confirmed that we had been overcharged by more than $1,600. My concerns were valid from the beginning, yet I was forced to spend countless hours trying to get basic information that should have been readily available. The overcharge issue is being addressed, but the customer service experience was unacceptable. I expect much better professionalism, communication, and respect from a Hilton property."
