"Convenience: Very close to London Heathrow Airport, just a few minutes' walk from the airport exit. Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean, very tidy, and the sheets and blankets were brand new. Amenities: Includes Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, and a small karaoke machine. Environment: There are restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and a park nearby. There's also a very classic church. Service: The guesthouse owner was extremely helpful."

"We booked to stay at the Lodge Stanwell Heathrow. We were greeted by Paul with a very warm welcome and shown to our room. We had a room on the ground floor which was very clean and beautiful decorated with ensuite shower room with toiletries and crisp fresh towels. There was a cupboard with tea, coffee, hot chocolate including a coffee machine and biscuits fresh filtered water, glasses and napkins. We asked Paul for some plates and cutlery to eat our takeaway which were delivered promptly to our room. We ordered breakfast which arrived on time on two trays with orange juice, yogurt, full English and Eggs benedick nicely cooked too! the Hollandaise sauce was delicious! Both dishes beautiful presented under a sliver cloche which tasted delicious. There were a covered butter dish, marmalade hot toast fresh coffee and tea all delivered to our room. Our room overlooked the garden which is beautiful with striped lawn. The lodge is side on with the road with a large hedge making it very private. The bed was very comfortable with the linen smelling fresh just like when you take it off the washing line. Thank you, Paul we will be back. The lodge is much nicer than the other hotels down the bath road more personalised with Paul answering any questions we had. We also had the plesure of meeting Alfie the parrot and Monty the maine coon cat who is very very big and friendly boy! They are not in the main hotel they live with Paul on site."

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent booking made through your platform. On [Date of booking], I booked a stay at Dream Lodge. Your website clearly stated that check-in was available from 00:00 AM to 00:00 AM, implying 24-hour availability. Upon arrival at Dream Lodge at approximately 1:00 AM, I was informed that all rooms were taken, despite your website still showing availability. When I requested a refund for the £75 I had paid, the staff refused and were incredibly hostile, shouting at me. As a result, I was left with no accommodation and had to sleep in my car. This experience was unacceptable and a direct contradiction of the information provided on your platform. I request a full refund for my booking and urge you to investigate Dream Lodge's practices."
