5-Star Hotels in Pattaya

The cleanliness, service, overall stay, and the staff who always greeted us and helped with everything were simply outstanding. The hotel is also very guest-friendly. However, if you want to smoke, unfortunately, you have to do so on the stunning 23rd-floor rooftop smoking area. Smoking is not allowed on your own balcony, which I can totally understand though. I’ve tried many hotels, and I will definitely keep coming back to this one in the future. Incredible value for money considering what you get.

This is my second stay here. Thank you to the hotel for the complimentary cake 🎂. The hotel's location is excellent, with a large shopping mall and supermarket right across the street. The cleanliness and hardware maintenance of the hotel are well kept. I will definitely stay here again next time. However, every time I stepped out onto the balcony, I smelled a very strong odor. I stayed on the 22nd floor, so it probably wasn't drifting up from the red-light district.

Impeccable, it's my second time staying here. Everything is flawless, the staff are very attentive, everything is clean, the facilities are top-notch, and the architecture is superb and inspired by Africa down to the smallest detail. Every hour, a free shuttle takes you to several shopping malls, as the hotel is a bit out of the way, about 25 minutes by the highway from the lively areas.

We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room apartment, which came with two bathrooms, a kitchen, a fridge, and a washing machine – absolutely perfect for families. The staff were excellent, some even spoke Chinese, and they were always quick to respond and resolve any issues. The location was super convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

We checked in at 3:30 AM – the whole process was quick and smooth, and they were expecting us. The 1,000 Baht room deposit was refunded on the day of departure. The breakfasts are good; they always have eggs cooked in various ways, several hot dishes (spaghetti, chicken, fish, and occasionally meat every day), soups, plenty of greens and vegetables. For fruits, they had pineapple, watermelon, and papaya. There is plain and fruit yogurt, dried fruits, cereals, pancakes, French toast, and coffee from a coffee machine. I might be forgetting something. The staff are very polite and always try to help. Our room was in the new wing – a huge, comfortable bed with a firm mattress, a spacious room, and all toiletries provided. The only downside (for me) was the lack of a wardrobe; all our clothes were out in the open. As for housekeeping, it was standard: quick and not very thorough. The balcony was not swept even once during our 8 days. We really liked the location. The street is relatively quiet, a 3-4 minute walk to the sea, and close to a small local market where we had dinner a few times and bought fruits. Overall, our impression of the hotel is entirely positive. We would gladly return again.

Overall, the hotel was good, but our check-out experience was extremely disappointing. A front desk staff member named Peng claimed that we had consumed a packet of drinks from the minibar, even though we had never opened the fridge and had no way of knowing how many drinks were originally inside. We clearly explained that if we had consumed it, we would have admitted it without hesitation, as it was such a small expense. However, the staff member’s attitude was rude and accusatory, as if we were lying. What upset us was not the cost of a drink, but the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. The entire experience made us feel extremely uncomfortable, and we even felt that we were treated unfairly because we were Asian guests who spoke Chinese. We hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves its staff’s attitude to ensure that every guest is treated with respect.

Great place, clean, and delicious breakfast. The staff provided good service. However, I was a bit confused about having to pay an additional key deposit, which wasn't mentioned beforehand in the app. It was 1000 baht, and if you don't have cash and pay by transfer, the refund will be delayed. 🫠

This time, I went on a relaxed 8-day, 7-night trip to Pattaya by myself, and overall, the hotel was quite good. My flight was at 2:40 AM on the 22nd. After landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport, I took the airport bus directly to the hotel, so I arrived around 12 PM. I asked the front desk if I could check in early. The front desk processed my request, but since there were no rooms available, I had to wait until 2 PM to check in. I went out to find lunch and returned at 1:30 PM, and the front desk staff informed me that my room was ready, so I checked in immediately. I was surprised when I received the room key – it was an actual key plus a long wooden stick. I later learned that the wooden stick was for activating the electricity. Well, the power card I specifically prepared wouldn't be needed. After entering the room, I was quite satisfied. The room was a good size, and I could directly see the pool on the first floor from my room, which was a plus. However, I immediately noticed that the hangers were fixed inside the wardrobe and couldn't be removed, and there was no balcony in the room; outside the window was an air conditioning unit. Also, the king-size bed I booked was actually two twin beds pushed together, but the mattress was a single piece, so it didn't really make a difference. Moreover, the pillows were the firm type that I prefer, so my sleep quality was actually quite good for these 7 days, although the room facilities were somewhat outdated. There are many massage shops around the hotel, and there's a 7-Eleven right opposite. Plus, there's a small night market next to the hotel, and Central Pattaya is directly across the street. The location is excellent. Since I didn't book breakfast and didn't eat anything at the hotel, I won't comment on the food. Regarding the service, it was quite a pleasant surprise. Every time I left and returned, the front desk ladies would smile and nod in greeting, and sometimes the bellboy would help open the door. One day, I even found welcome fruits on the table in my room. The front desk staff's English was good enough for simple communication. Then I noticed an interesting detail: the front desk would turn on the air conditioning every morning, but as soon as the sun set, the AC would be turned off, and the lobby doors would be left open. When I checked out, I had a brief chat with the front desk lady, and I plan to bring my family for our seventh vacation to Pattaya in about six months. So, this experience was really good. Firstly, the hotel offers great value for money, and secondly, the consistently smiling service from the hotel staff always kept me in a pleasant mood. The hotel facilities are pretty basic. In the triple room, there was only one working outlet by the bed, and the in-room Wi-Fi was bad, I couldn't connect. They have a pool, but it lacks privacy as it's right by the lobby entrance with people constantly coming and going. The biggest issue is the hotel's location; you need a taxi to get anywhere, and walking is out of the question. However, for the price, I guess it's acceptable.
