Excellent place! I rented a deluxe room on the 21st floor in August for 7,000 baht. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Below, I'll detail what I was pleased with. The room offers a great city view, as shown in the photos I've attached. Beyond the standard amenities, it also includes a washing machine, a drying rack on the balcony, a microwave, and a stove. The bathroom is spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of outlets near the bed! Everyone in the reviews raves about Nisa. She's the local supervisor, very sweet and helpful (definitely ask her for recommendations on good places to eat!). Besides her, I want to commend all the hotel staff in general. They are smiling and friendly, and the service is top-notch. Housekeeping is timely and thorough. The hotel is located on the third line, and yes, it's a 20-minute walk to the beach. However, you don't need to go to Pattaya's main beach; it's dirty and crowded. It's better to go to other beaches with clean shores and fewer Chinese tourists eating there. On the bright side, the hotel is essentially in the middle of all the main points of interest – supermarkets, shopping malls, Walking Street are all within walking distance. There are also plenty of pharmacies, 7/11s, cafes, and currency exchange spots nearby. And yes, the rooftop pool is great. There are many sun loungers, and the pool itself isn't too deep. Next to it, there's a lounge area with a bar and comfortable seating. Make sure to catch a sunset there sometime! Finally, the hotel offers massages (not cheap, but better quality than what you'd find on the street), a small gym, and its own restaurant (I didn't try the breakfast, I ate elsewhere). In conclusion, this hotel is worth its 5 stars. I highly recommend it!

This is my second stay here, and once again, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. It's super convenient being right opposite Central Pattaya shopping mall. There are lots of massage shops nearby, and it's close to the bars and the beach. It's lively yet peaceful, making it an ideal hotel! 😊😊

We arrived quite late last night for check-in, and the whole family was pretty tired. However, the service from three staff members – Kim, Pot, and Mos – was incredibly heartwarming. They were polite and efficient throughout the process, and they genuinely 'put themselves in the customer's shoes' to help us find solutions, rather than just rigidly following procedures. Encountering such a warm and thoughtful team even with a late check-in really helped our trip start off on a great note. If hotel management sees this review, I sincerely hope Kim, Pot, and Mos can be properly recognized and praised! As a customer, seeing a hotel with such outstanding and responsible employees makes me genuinely happy for you. Next time I'm in Pattaya, this will definitely be my top choice!

This hotel is truly a gem! I'll definitely stay here again next time. It has a huge swimming area, and the beach is right next door, making it super convenient to access. Dining options are also plentiful and easily accessible. The buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and incredibly varied! The outdoor kids' playground is also amazing, though it requires an entrance fee. They even have free pizza-making activities there. The rooms are comfortable too. Plus, the indoor kids' club has free activities that kept the kids very happy.

Five-star recommendation! We booked the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom supreme sea-view suite. The space was incredibly large, and having two bathrooms was super convenient for traveling with friends – no fighting over the shower! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views that were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool is also very picturesque. It’s perfect for both family trips and friends traveling together. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Pattaya!

Overall, it has its pros and cons. It's ideal for travelers who prioritize location and sea views and don't have high expectations for room decor or family entertainment. The service is generally good, and the garden and pool environment is very pleasant. If you're looking for brand-new, modern rooms, you should consider your options carefully.

I frequently stay here and always choose the corner room, which I love the most because the toilet and shower are separate. My only complaint is that the bathtub is right next to the toilet. The food is quite ordinary. The pool is spacious and nice. If I come back, I'll definitely book a corner room again.

This time, I went on a relaxed 8-day, 7-night trip to Pattaya by myself, and overall, the hotel was quite good. My flight was at 2:40 AM on the 22nd. After landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport, I took the airport bus directly to the hotel, so I arrived around 12 PM. I asked the front desk if I could check in early. The front desk processed my request, but since there were no rooms available, I had to wait until 2 PM to check in. I went out to find lunch and returned at 1:30 PM, and the front desk staff informed me that my room was ready, so I checked in immediately. I was surprised when I received the room key – it was an actual key plus a long wooden stick. I later learned that the wooden stick was for activating the electricity. Well, the power card I specifically prepared wouldn't be needed. After entering the room, I was quite satisfied. The room was a good size, and I could directly see the pool on the first floor from my room, which was a plus. However, I immediately noticed that the hangers were fixed inside the wardrobe and couldn't be removed, and there was no balcony in the room; outside the window was an air conditioning unit. Also, the king-size bed I booked was actually two twin beds pushed together, but the mattress was a single piece, so it didn't really make a difference. Moreover, the pillows were the firm type that I prefer, so my sleep quality was actually quite good for these 7 days, although the room facilities were somewhat outdated. There are many massage shops around the hotel, and there's a 7-Eleven right opposite. Plus, there's a small night market next to the hotel, and Central Pattaya is directly across the street. The location is excellent. Since I didn't book breakfast and didn't eat anything at the hotel, I won't comment on the food. Regarding the service, it was quite a pleasant surprise. Every time I left and returned, the front desk ladies would smile and nod in greeting, and sometimes the bellboy would help open the door. One day, I even found welcome fruits on the table in my room. The front desk staff's English was good enough for simple communication. Then I noticed an interesting detail: the front desk would turn on the air conditioning every morning, but as soon as the sun set, the AC would be turned off, and the lobby doors would be left open. When I checked out, I had a brief chat with the front desk lady, and I plan to bring my family for our seventh vacation to Pattaya in about six months. So, this experience was really good. Firstly, the hotel offers great value for money, and secondly, the consistently smiling service from the hotel staff always kept me in a pleasant mood. The hotel facilities are pretty basic. In the triple room, there was only one working outlet by the bed, and the in-room Wi-Fi was bad, I couldn't connect. They have a pool, but it lacks privacy as it's right by the lobby entrance with people constantly coming and going. The biggest issue is the hotel's location; you need a taxi to get anywhere, and walking is out of the question. However, for the price, I guess it's acceptable.
