"I wish I could say something good. I stayed here many years ago and the place was very good. However, now the place is rundown. Hairdryer did not work, bathroom was not clean prior to our arrival. Unfortunately the worst part was the musky, wet smell of the room due to an extremely dirty carpet. If you walk barefoot, you could feel the damp carpet and the bottom of your feet would be totally black. I hate to leave bad feedback, but even for an inexpensive stay, it could have been a lot cleaner."

"This hotel is located in the center of Canton, with many restaurants around. Parking is free on both sides of the hotel. Breakfast has to be purchased separately, a typical American three-star hotel breakfast, you know. The only bad thing is that they never give the hotel bill, saying it was booked by a third party, ask the third party for it. This is the only hotel that said this."

"Recommend a security team to assist guest with complaints that front desk employees obviously didn’t have time or the access to aide needs. I was insulted and disrespected by another guest, nothing was done nor suggested to assist me, no sensitivity to how emotional the situation was to me, and instead was forced to leave and then arrested for waiting outside the building for my minor children to come down because I pressed buzzer to once again ask for assistance in escorting them until they left the building. The night counter worker told inaccuracies as to me trying to re-enter the building which I never attempted, just simply pressed the button and returned to the car. My kids were left in tears from this nightmare"
