"Hotel is lovely and completely different from usual, rather seedy oils in the area.Staff is polite and always available, having a fitness center in such a bleak surrounding area as Starke is, was quite a treat. .I will be regular patron. "We didn't get a fridge or a microwave and we had expected to get one. However it was easy to book and it was available at a reasonable price"

"The location was adequate. Nothing to expect in area, just a convenient rest stop. Somewhat of a rural area. The parking area is a bit sketchy and primarily dark. Room and service was minimal. Not many choices of food and activities."

"I have been in worse but I would not go back there again. First it was the toilet that backed up. Went to the office and told them. They gave me a plunger. Ok, so no big deal. I've done that before. Next I noticed that there was no toilet lid. Then I noticed the sink. The faucet did not have a handle to turn on the faucet, What...... Next it was the bed sheets. They smelled like cigarette smoke. Then I noticed that there was no phone in the room. The other double bed had cat hair on the bed spread and some stains on the pillow. Other than that, it was a good stay, but you have to suck up your pride."
