"July, 2025 Hotel De La Source leaves honeymoon couple out in cold! On their honeymoon, My daughter and new husband called and were told they had a room at Hotel de La Source all credit card information was given to the hotel . The honeymooners packed and left their hotel. On their way to Hotel De La Source, they received call from the assistant manager. Gregory. “Sorry, we just had a couple show up and the room is no longer available.” On their honeymoon, left in the cold after booking the room. Regardless of a secondary call to the hotel explaining once the room was booked by the honeymoons it shouldn’t have been given elsewhere. Per Gregory, “Nothing we can do” Beware of this Hotel they are unreliable."

"What a nice apartment, everything on and on, often the little things that make it so nice and complete. The lamps, the walls, beautiful floor with (clean) clothes, good beds, shoe rack, salt and pepper, tissues, waxin lights and breakfast service. All the place is thought. Of course, the location is also top! The owner called us personally the first day to ask if everything was to be sought. If we want to stay in the Ardenns again, we will certainly come back! Absolute adviser."

Hôtel Francorchamps Pitlane Lodge ★★★

"Waitress was extremely rude. We made every attempt to converse in French, but struggled with some areas with the waitress "claiming" to speak no English! We were also told that no fondue was available, which we found to be very strange given this was predominant on their menu and other patrons that arrived and ordered after us were served fondue!! Needless to say we will not be coming back. The food at Pizza Aquarosso was far superior and staff were extremely friendly!!"

"In a day and age where chain hotels with standard layouts, increased communications via electronic means, ordering by apps, buffets etc., with the human touch taken out of the equation - the Hotel Dufays is a hark bark to an era fast disappearing. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and were in the area for the Leige bike race. We had 2 rooms, both of which were delightful, extremely clean and quirky. Breakfast was fantastic but best of all was the owner and staff - unfailingly polite, eager to help - really funny and we just had such a good laugh."
