"Everything was good. The little kitchenette was cute. My only complaint was that they didn't have any napkins or paper towels for us to use when we had dinner in our room. We just had a tissue box and toilet paper. I thought that was odd. What if we spilled something, how would we clean it up? I wouldn't use the white towels because it would stain cleaning up something like pop or wine."

"This place is not as advertised! It's a disgrace to Ameracinn name. I booked it based on reviews and they had to be about a different hotel. We asked for top level, there's only 2, and when I asked about the request, the clerk just laughed and smiled. Not sure she understood English. I brought my grandchildren with expecting to swim, relax and rest up for a tournament that one played the next day. They put us in the last room by the exit. People coming in and out slamming the door smoking and walking their dogs. This hotel has people living there that I never would bring my grandkids or my self around. Lots of them! The pool was ice cold and had "things" floating in it. The hot tub was full of nasty water and people. Our room had a bar of soap stuck in the shower, a toothbrush laying by the bed, and our window wouldn't lock! Absolutely no safety beings as there's cars parked right outside the window. The breakfast was a joke. The people that live there take the place over. Grandson wanted a waffle and was waiting but the person kept making them and handing them to fellow tenants. I wouldn't let them eat anything else. PLEASE if you're like us, a typical family looking for a place to relax and enjoy a night away, DO NOT stay here!"
