"This is the most beautiful, modern Best Western I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many BW hotels. It is so clean and the beds are really comfortable. The shower was amazing. The lobby and breakfast were the best!! Breakfast is extra charge but so worth it!!! Free parking which seems to be rare in European hotels. The staff is amazing with the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Hard to find these days. I would like to mention Finny and Lucy..they are both rare gems that this hotel is lucky to employ. They are not only friendly and engaging but go above and beyond to accommodate hotel guests. Top notch customer service by these two ladies was very much appreciated. They made our one night stay perfect!!"

"Have booked a romantic dinner and three nights. First of all, the highlights: We had received a room directly on the waterfront. From our room 122 (please book this) we had a great view of the Enns and Steyr rivers and a great overview of the healthy old town!!! Furthermore, our room had a window to the south and one to the east! Room was quite spacious. Beds were very comfortable. (There are also rooms with views of the firewall of a nearby track!) Great dinner, good buffet breakfast on the closed veranda with air conditioning, again directly on the Enns - also beautiful panorama view of the city. Since the building is already older, the facility is angular and not always accessible. However, the house is penibel clean. But it also gives disadvantages; NO air conditioning in the rooms! , at the heat of the past days unsupportable. On Monday we could only get a fan because the hotel is unloaded from Sunday to midday. It is also angry that all the refrigerators of the rooms were put off. There is no safe in the room too. There is central sauna and whirlpool that we could only use one evening because it was defect on the second day. However, all house staff were very struggling to find solutions for these disadvantages. That was OK!"

"We stayed in Hotel for, four weeks in June, could not have been a nicer hotel experience. Nice location, very clean, quiet, modern, and tastefully decorated. The traditional breakfast meal was always fresh and had good variety of bead, meat, cheese, and fresh fruit. Restaurant meals were always hot and quality menu items. We especially enjoyed the Wednesday evening grilling on their large patio area. The staff and owners were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Styer."

"The hotel is located right in the center, the breakfast buffet is great. Many things, such as the spreads, are homemade. Everything presented with love. The bread and hand rolls are a dream, there's really nothing missing! Unfortunately, the breakfast room is too small and guests had to wait until a table became available. But this was really the only drawback. The rooms are cozy, we felt very comfortable."

"I was here for coffee only. It is the only place you can actually go as far as we could make out. There was a closed museum, a closed shop and something akin to a garden shed in the hotel entrance which was apparently the magical Christkindl post office. Anyhow, we wanted to send a Christkindl postcard to a friend's son, so I bought the overpriced thing in the mini hotel gift shop. My Mum wanted to buy a couple of cards too (I got there a few minutes earlier) and she had to wait for ages for someone to take her money. I asked the owner's son and he said we would have to wait for his Mum to turn up. If it hadn't been the only option, we would have gone. After a few minutes, the owner turned up and we went to drink coffee there and write our cards (which didn't turn up anyway, so we could have saved ourselves this whole ridiculous performance). We waited and waited and the owner's son looked at us and let us sit there. Then a woman came in and he leapt up to serve her. The only good thing about the place was the waiter - Manuel. He was very friendly and was the one smile we saw at that place that day."
