"What an outstanding hotel! The moment you walk in Robyn greets you with seamlessly endless energy enthusiasm. I have a broken collarbone and she carried up my luggage up two flights of stairs with a smile, and with incredible energy and stamina. She has filled herself to every request we have made, and even helped us find a parking spot and prevent us from having our car towed, had a very busy time in the evening with a restaurant filled with clients. Simply unbelievable and appears to be doing the work of four people. Michale was the absolute best waiter, bartender, and wine Steward. Incredibly knowledgeable about the local wines and recommended one that was outstanding. I have yet to meet the other employees, but from what I see, the owners of this hotel must be doing a great job becausethese two employees we have met thus far, seem incredibly happy with their jobs and projected onto everything and everyone they survey. The service is unsurpassable. We are sad. We’re leaving so soon because this hotel is incredibly enjoyable stay. The rooms are a perfect size, and ours had a beautiful balcony with a view. It’s only a few kilometers away from a very famous speech, which is supposed to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Once again, another high recommendation for an excellent hotel, with an incredible personal interest in excellent customer service by Robyn, an echo by Michale. As if that were not enough, we just ate at the restaurant, and the food was incredibly good."

"The Resort is gorgeous, has everything one needs to spend some quality time by the sea, in a private beach. The swimming pools are amazing, a bar by the sea, the Sun loungers at the beach. Full of activities by day and night, for children and adults. Unfortunately, I had 2 issues that worth mentioning: 1. There is no way you can go out to eat in different places and so on. The best cost and time effective option is having the 3 meals right there at their amazing restaurant, as everything else is faraway by car. The resort works as a small city. I arrived by the end of the day, paid for my meals and went to the restaurant. The manager asked me if I had a reservation, I replied “no” and he said there was no table for me, bye. I tried to explain, he was very rude, confrontational and insolent in front of a whole family from a table next to us. Everyone was staring at me like f I was trespassing. The reception is a good walk from the restaurant with a good amount of steps. I had to go there 3 times, even though I was really tired. In the end I called reception and said I had given up. I was already in my bedroom. They said: “Go back there! This time he has your name.” I went back to the restaurant. The manager didn’t say he was sorry or anything. He just pointed out where my table was, and told a member of staff to show me the way. 2. The Resort has their own pizza place, not in the restaurant, but near it. One chef makes the pizzas and a girl slices them and serve the guests. I was in a queue, when it was my turn, I saw 2 slices left with practically no cheese, only a huge pizza crust. I don’t eat that, I don’t want that. Next to eat 3 margaritas and another salami pizza. I asked the girl to slice the other salami pizza, which she did. Then I pointed to a slice and said: “this one please” and she placed it on my plate, then I looed at another and asked again: “this one please” (you can take 2) she gave me a different one. I said: “I didn’t ask for this one, I asked for that one.” The same movement you made to pick this one up, you could have picked the one I asked.” She replied was like the restaurant manager, rude, confrontational and insolent. She said: “He is a buffet.” I replied: “I believe I can choose what I want to eat not you.” She disagreed and blamed me for the queue. I asked: "Can I choose what I'm going to eat?" Maybe not. Extremely poor customer service and huge lack of respect for a tired guest, who had just arrived."

"Stayed with my family and two friends... I don't know where to begin. Disappointing: we had to change apartments because the one we were given was extremely hot, with a broken stovetop, impossible to stay in. The second apartment was slightly better than the first, but infested with ants. No service. Dirty pool. The resort is isolated from the town with no amenities and so neglected it's on the verge of falling into disrepair; the few open restaurants are very expensive for the service offered. The only positive is the location, ideal for visiting wonderful beaches. But look elsewhere!"
