"I was here with my husband for 3 days and what can I say... We fell in love. Spectacular location: meters and meters of greenery, plants, flowers, perfect grass, rattan chairs and white tables scattered everywhere so you can sit in the cool in the middle of the lawn, an open-air restaurant, a swimming pool and very comfortable, clean and well-equipped accommodation. private bathroom with shower, fridge, TV and air conditioning. We spent €69 per day with bed and breakfast (international buffet), which therefore also served as lunch, it was so varied and plentiful. Then we decided to also have dinners (always buffet style) adding €18 per person per day. Consider that the meals are very varied: at least twenty starters (including raw, baked and stuffed vegetables; cheeses, cold cuts, olives, mushrooms, breaded mozzarella, veal, many types of flans, couscous, slices of pizza, stuffed eggs, caprese etc etc etc) at least 3 first courses and 3 hot second courses (always including fish), and 4/5 varieties of different desserts every day. Only drinks are paid separately (at the end of the stay). Furthermore, the structure offers a free shuttle bus service (every 10 minutes, but we never waited more than 3 minutes) which takes you and picks you up, either to the first beach (exclusive private only for those staying in the hotel), or to the beautiful beach La Pelosa (3/4 minutes from the hotel). So very convenient for those who don't want to take the car and pay for parking (€1.5 per hour during the week and €3 per hour on weekends). The swimming pool is very large, equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas and various games for children, a shallow area for the little ones and obviously a lifeguard. Availability, kindness and competence on the part of all the staff: from the reception, to the waiters and maitre d', to the cleaning ladies, to the shuttle bus boys. Super recommended and we will be back for sure."

"I only took one star off because we had an issue with our room at the start and had a stressful few hours on arrival. Our other family members also had a couple of issues with their rooms that had to be reported. These were sorted. Other than that, we can't fault this resort in any way. The food exceeded our expectations - the variety and quality of almost all the dishes was excellent and the staff always helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and it's a really lovely place, spacious and with plenty to do. The entertainment team were absolutely wonderful - Dario, Manuela and everyone else really make your stay fun. We also booked a great boat excursion through the resort - Jordanka was so friendly and helpful. As well as having a great pool, lovely beach and amazing food and entertainment, the resort has a great little shop, well stocked with local products and gifts. We visited the shop several times and the shop keeper Vincenzo gave us a taster of various local cheeses and liquors. Highly recommend this place - we would absolutely return."

"Hotel is exactly as advertised and absolutely perfect. Lovely staff, clean (my husband says spotless!) and well appointed rooms. Balconies overlooking the street below. Located right in the center of town. Continental breakfast perfect with amazing coffee. Dinner is also a must - specialize in local cuisine with recipes going back to the owners grandmother. Loved it!"

"Very outdated Hotel no air conditioning at all just a roof fan that was basically pushing hot air. We ask for a spare towel for drying hair, this was not possible, we asked for soap, this was not possible we wanted to have a drink by the beach we were told to call the waiters, they never responded all together a very bad Hotel. We went for breakfast at 9:30 the food had been put on tables with no cooling facility at all so 28 degrees with no ventilation hygiene was not respected at all. Most of the food was either hot or already perished. When this was mentioned to staff they said call reception who of course did nothing"

"We stayed at Hotel Baia Tartaruga on July 23 and unfortunately had an absolutely terrible experience. The boiler in our room produced an extremely loud, high-pitched noise every 30 seconds to one minute throughout the night. We even recorded the noise as evidence. We immediately contacted the night receptionist. He came to our room, acknowledged how loud the noise was and told us he would look for another room. He later returned and said there was no clean room available. He switched off the electricity to the boiler, but the noise continued. He then told us there was nothing else he could do and left because his shift was ending. The result? We as paying guests got virtually no sleep whatsoever. We were also unable to use the air conditioning because it was making another loud, repetitive ticking noise. What makes the experience even worse is how the hotel handled our complaint afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a reasonable solution, management repeatedly focused on explaining why they would not refund anything. We were not asking for special treatment. We simply expected the hotel to acknowledge that paying €238.70 for a room where three people could not sleep is unacceptable. We initially chose to contact the hotel privately because we genuinely believe complaints should be resolved directly. Unfortunately, the response we received showed very little understanding or hospitality. If a good night's sleep matters to you, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel."

"Amazing and unique location on the Gulf of Asinara. Everything very neat and clean. Functional rooms, equipped with every comfort. Chef Ciro Marrazzo, absolutely amazing, as well as the pastry chef, exquisite food, well presented dishes, high quality raw materials and excellent service. The free shuttle is convenient, at set times. Reception with very professional staff, attention to the customer, courtesy, kindness and availability much appreciated. with particular note to Adele and the Director. Thank you for a wonderful stay, to be repeated, in fact I have already booked for next year. Recommended structure, without any hesitation."
