"PLEASE DON'T MAKE ANYONE REGRET CHOOSING A STAY HERE. ENOUGH FOR ME. THE ROOM IS DARK AND MOLDY. THE POOL IS MOLDY AND DIRTY. THE STAIRS TO THE POOL ARE HIGH AND STEEP SO IT IS DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN. IT'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. THE TRIP PARTY ALSO DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL IN REQUESTING A CANCELLATION. EVEN THOUGH I ONLY ASKED FOR HALF. BECAUSE THIS VILLA IS REALLY SCARY. TRY TO SEE THE REVIEW ON TIKET.COM AND OTHER APPLICATIONS. THIS VILLA'S REVIEW IS VERY BAD.. I ONLY REALIZED IT AFTER I BOOKED THIS VILLA. IT'S REALLY ******* ..."

"My wife and I always eat here, whenever we arrive at Subang Airport- for many years. We have always enjoyed the local food and their good service here. The Supervisor or Manager had been consistently been helpful, cheerful and attentive. So we always look forward to eating here as soon as we arrive. Sadly, today was a different experience. As usual, we placed our order and pay at the cashier's by the at the entrance area. While waiting for our food, we asked for a cup of hot water. The server looked sulky and unhappy at our request. When she brought the cup of hot water, no word was spoken, no smile, no eye contact. nothing, ...only a black sulky face for us to look at. When our order arrived, along with the nonya mee-siam ordered, we found it was the dry type, without gravy. We informed the waitress and asked that it be changed to the right one we ordered. The waitresd's response was- - " you ordered the dry one!!" ( How can she know or be so sure? She was not there, nor anywhere near the cashier's to hear what and when our order was placed? - we repeated our request to her, and the answer was: " once you paid, order cannot be changed!!" Really?? Finally repeated our request and asked her to please just ask the kitchen to either change the order, OR, simply give us a bowl of gravy!! She eventually approached the kitchen,complained loudly and finally produced a bowl of gravy. Settled. That simple!! So why the bad attitude and argument? The food ordered was still indeed delicious. But the untrained and unpleasant staff spoiled our mood. Finally, to top this bad experience, we noticed that both ceiling Aircons are filthy! But overdue for a good wash! See photos. Time to "Clean Up" your act Tea Garden, Subang!!"

"For the price of 2 million rupiah, it's not worth it, WIFI doesn't work, the area is not child & elderly friendly, breakfast has minimal menu, wooden floor that makes noise when stepped on, dim lights, quite a lot of sawang in every corner, the floor of the room is still dirty, the staff is not helpful, and I don't recommend this resort to friends / relatives because it's not worth it. enough for the first & last time. Thank you."

"This 3BR Villa at Ciater Highland Resort has seen its glorious days and need some facade maintenance, the villa has an unused built-in woodburning fireplace! I don't reckon what type of architecture it is...so cute! But no matter how cold the weather is in Indonesia, I never think we will ever need woodburning fireplace in the house.. hahaha. All furnitures and interior are good quality old and calming, feels like home... furthermore the spacious backyards, well maintained rooms with basic amenities provided, sparkling clean villa and well equipped kitchen was making the stay pretty much enjoyable. Please bring own food whether you want to cook yourself in the kitchen or prepared meals because Grab/Gofood is very difficult to reach the area (Tea Plantation with misty hills of Ciater, Subang). The Villa itself is very close to Ciater Highland Resort Security Gate, so it feels nice and safe even the CHR looks like an abandoned villa complex. 8 minutes away from Ciater Hot Springs and around 30 mins from Tangkuban Perahu Volcano. I would say it's a perfect gateway in Ciater area.. just don't expect any public transportation to both Hot Spring and the volcano..."
