However, we asked the hotel staff for a smoke-free treatment, and it was quite effective in removing the smell. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was reasonably clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was decent but didn't offer many options."

"PLEASE DON'T MAKE ANYONE REGRET CHOOSING A STAY HERE. ENOUGH FOR ME. THE ROOM IS DARK AND MOLDY. THE POOL IS MOLDY AND DIRTY. THE STAIRS TO THE POOL ARE HIGH AND STEEP SO IT IS DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN. IT'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. THE TRIP PARTY ALSO DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL IN REQUESTING A CANCELLATION. EVEN THOUGH I ONLY ASKED FOR HALF. BECAUSE THIS VILLA IS REALLY SCARY. TRY TO SEE THE REVIEW ON TIKET.COM AND OTHER APPLICATIONS. THIS VILLA'S REVIEW IS VERY BAD.. I ONLY REALIZED IT AFTER I BOOKED THIS VILLA. IT'S REALLY ******* ..."

"For the price of 2 million rupiah, it's not worth it, WIFI doesn't work, the area is not child & elderly friendly, breakfast has minimal menu, wooden floor that makes noise when stepped on, dim lights, quite a lot of sawang in every corner, the floor of the room is still dirty, the staff is not helpful, and I don't recommend this resort to friends / relatives because it's not worth it. enough for the first & last time. Thank you."
