"The hotel, located in the southern Harz Mountains, is an ideal base for exploring the Harz region. Whether you're looking for a hike, sightseeing, or an adventure (cooking class), this is the place to be! The hosts and staff are very friendly and attentive, leaving nothing to be desired. The room we booked was spacious, as was the bathroom. Generally, it's important to distinguish between the main building and the "annex." From the latter, the route to the spa facilities is a bit long and inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the bar also had the right cocktails! Conclusion: Highly recommended and a must-do when visiting the southern Harz Mountains. I'd love to come back and try out the spa area again."

"We were very satisfied. Only the location of the room in the 2nd floor of the guest house post was uncomfortable ☺️ The room was quite large clean for us. We have very well sleeped. The staff was always very friendly. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We actually wanted to eat in various restaurants for dinner. But the dinner in the Secretary tasted us so well that we had dinner every evening there. All in all I can only say we're coming back ☺️"
