"ROOMS: spacious room, every room has a balcony/terrace with a wonderful view on a castle on the rock and winery. FOOD: dinner and breakfast are included. For dinner you need to choose some options from the menu and they will serve 4-course menu in the hotel restaurant. Everything was very tasty! Breakfast buffet offers you different meat/cheese, eggs and sausages, veggies and fruits. Fresh juices, tasty coffee and many types of tees are also in the menu. FACILITIES: big common area with a nice terrace, good wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, parking zone. HIKING: there are three different hiking routes, one is a big round trip (~4.5h), other shorter hikes around the castle. They also provide you a map with a hiking route. STAFF: friendly and very polite."

"We are so disappointed. Arrived with small kids and paid for spa that we cannot use. Hotel is not discussing with us so we paid extra for nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also I had to clean water machine and cups with spoons to use. We are here for the second time and always some issue. Don’t recommend this place."
