"The weather was cold, and I wanted to take a bath, but the water temperature wasn't high (around 38℃ in Suizhou during winter). The water that came out had rust (see the picture; it's yellowish and quite disgusting). I contacted the front desk, and they just asked me to add more water, but that didn't solve the problem. In the morning, before I had even finished eating, the waiters started clearing plates from the table. Should I eat or not? My first experience was extremely poor, and the price was not worth it. I hope they will make improvements."

We weren't able to get any rest until after midnight. Furthermore, the hotel only offered to change rooms after we called the police. By then it was late, everyone was already in bed, and the hotel was small; changing rooms simply wouldn't solve the noise problem."
