When checking out, I gave my child a toy car, a yo-yo and a big rocket piggy bank, which he liked very much. "The room was great and clean! A female staff member at the front desk was very welcoming and even recommended some famous nearby porridge shops, which we tried and found delicious. We originally planned to stay another night, but the breakfast the next day was a shock. Breakfast closes at 10:00 AM, and we went downstairs at 9:15 AM to avoid the rush, but many plates were empty, not even fried eggs. The staff cooking noodles said they were too busy and didn't have time, and by the time we finished eating (about 20 minutes later), the noodles still hadn't arrived. We've never encountered this situation in a 4-star or higher hotel before. We complained to the staff on duty, but to no avail. It was a real shame to encounter this during our holiday, so we changed hotels immediately. Therefore, we will book again this afternoon; I think I will stay, but I won't choose the price that includes breakfast again."
