Ilheus Hotels with Pools

The hotel is wonderful. Well located, large room, good bed, coffee with many varieties, very pleasant and friendly staff service . Excellent cleaning

When we arrived the door of the room was open and was full of pernilong . I understand they leave open to ventilate and not smell mopho , but then to kill all the pernilongs was sad . They could leave the air conditioning connected before to get away I know there . They allowed the check in advance, we were with a 5-month baby. The education of staff was excellent Clean when requested, great Breakfast - quite varied Silence room Optimale location in front of the sea and next to 2 markets (Assai and Atacade).

The Resort has an excellent leisure structure with area for children and adults ( with shows during the night period). Besides this positive question we go to the negative: Beside the restaurant near the beach there are cats that do their needs next to the bar, the smell is horrible, at the point of losing appetite. The restaurant is a bit fat, but ”generical” there is no taste of a regional food. The staff's bad humor is visible, as much as there is constraint to ask for something. There is a near resort that staff make you feel at home, but not there!

Good location but ask for room service and quality service in bars and restaurants.
