This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

DDana KzI booked the room with sea view but wasn’t visible so much the sea more the hotels in front and tennis court which was always noisy. I don’t suggest if you are coming to see the Capri to stay there because Capri Island is magical and all that noisy gives you to tiredness from morning. I stayed there for 3 days then I moved to another quieter hotel with amazing view.

GGuest UserLiterally it is the best hotel in Capri. They try their best to make you feel happy and comfortable. The room is pretty, clean, and comfy with a balcony with city view. Also, since they knew about the purpose of our visit (Honeymoon) they sent us two complimentary gifts in two different days and that was really nice of them and made our stay more special and enjoyable. I really recommend the hotel and of course we will definitely choose it for our future visits.

LLuke BenjaminReceived a free upgrade on arrival and throughout our stay all staff were attentive and helpful, organising the transport of our luggage to and from the port when needed, as well as arranging a private boat hire on another occasion. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool area playing trendy but unobtrusive tech house music in the afternoons at a volume that provided atmosphere without being disruptive, tasteful selection. Highly recommend.

GGuest Userthe hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros).
I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel.

shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

GGuest UserVery good hotel! The front desk gave us a free upgrade to the garden suite, there are two balconies, all the staff are very warm! At the same time, the hotel is in a very good location, opposite miumiu chanel. Walk five minutes to the augstus garden and a very hot punching place ～ The hotel will also put two bottles on our bedside every day still&sparkling. Completely beyond expectations

The location was also very central, with a short walk to Capri center. We’d come back and stay here again if we every back in capri

__yt26349****Surprise full score! The room layout is reasonable, there is a large balcony, clean and tidy without odor. The staff is warm and patient, the surrounding travel is convenient, it is worthy of praise! The only thing is that the hotels on the island are on the mountain, and it is best to store the large suitcase in advance.

Mmoises sBoas comidades. O hotel se encontra a 7 minutos andando do centro o que é ótimo. Único ponto que chamaria atençao é que a suite era muito proxima a recepcao, porém nao foi um incomoso que atrapalhasse a viagem em nada.
