This characterful house was built in 1924 and completely renovated in 2023. Situated in the heart of Floridia, it is almost unique in the town, as it boasts a beautiful and spacious courtyard with a small above-ground pool. After two external steps and one internal step, you reach the approximately 235 sq m of living space, which is tastefully and lovingly furnished on two levels for 4-8 people. ``) There is an approximately 280 sq m courtyard with lemon, orange, and mandarin trees, mint plants, rosemary, and jasmine filling the air with natural fragrances. Here you will find an outdoor pool (open from April 1st to October 31st, 2026), an outdoor shower, a porch swing, and a hammock. There is also a small pavilion with outdoor lighting, a table, and seating. Wi-Fi, a portable Google Chromecast, and a safe are provided. -Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Founded in 1628, it is characterized by a typical Mediterranean landscape. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the beautiful rocky coastline are about a 20-minute drive away. Nearby activities: The unique city of Syracuse is just a short drive from your holiday home. Even in antiquity, it was considered very powerful and was once the cultural center of the Greeks. Even today, especially on the 40-hectare island of Ortygia, the heart of the old town, you'll find many reminders of this special city's long history, for which you should set aside a day. A trip to the Vendicari Nature Reserve, about 40 kilometers away, is also highly recommended.
