GGuest UserService was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

IIndhujaEverything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected.
The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby).
The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed.
Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time.

TTimminsTotally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls.
Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage.
And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

GGuest UserIt's very convenient as there are restaurants, supermarkets, laundry facilities, and everything else within walking distance. The only thing that bothered me was that the water pressure in the shower was not adjustable, but considering the balance between price and quality, I'm satisfied.

WWuSharonThe location was great for visiting the Barranco area but relatively far from other main attractions of Lima. The hotel has a great ambiance with lots of art pieces throughout the gardens and the rooms. Very nice ocean views and lots of spaces to relax and hang out (weather permitting) throughout the property. Breakfast was good too! The setting and the service definitely had a ”home” vibe to it!

GGuest UserNice fancy hotel in the business district of Lima. Rooms are spacious and very nice. The gym is nice and relatively big for a hotel. The rooftop pool is also a nice bonus.
The location / area is safe and fancy but a bit far away from the historical center and from the pacific.

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful home turned into a motel, the breakfast is very nice and the entire place is beautiful. There is no elevator but staff are happy to help take your bags upstairs. Handy to buses and in a quiet area with resturants shops and handymart close by.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near the historic district, right across from a square, so you can easily walk there. It's also next to a large mall, which makes shopping convenient. This is an older hotel in Lima, so the facilities are a bit dated, but the overall service is still good.

JJaneduoduoThis is my second time staying at this hotel in Lima. I value the good location of the hotel and the slightly safer area. But I probably won't stay at this hotel next time. The smell in the room is too strong. If you are on a low floor, there is a building opposite, so I don't dare to open the curtains, it's quite uncomfortable 😣
