It will be on during your stay for your security and the security of our property. They are not allowed to be disabled the camera. There will be a $100 dollar fee for disabling. Also, the complex has security cameras in the pool area and the entrance of the complex.• No more than eight (8) people (including adults and children) will be allowed in the apartment. An additional fee of $100 per person per night will be charged if you exceed the number of people allowed in the apartment.• Parties or gatherings are not allowed.• No visitors allowed. Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment and common areas.• Smoking is strictly prohibited.• Pets are not allowed.• In the event of a power, water or internet outage, we are not liable for any of these situations out of our control.
