"Good things about Room 101: - The room is spacious, the AC is cold, and there's direct access to the pool. - The bed is comfortable. - The staff are friendly, polite, lovely, and always ready to help. Things that could be improved: - The bathroom was clean, but when I first entered, the drain smell was quite strong. - The curtain in the room was stuck on the pole, letting some light in during the morning. I prefer a dark room. - The breakfast was acceptable. What needs improvement is that the croissants were cold and bland, and the staff didn't serve butter and jam with them."

"I stayed at this hotel several times. Location is convenient for my family and it locates near the river so we can enjoy the river view. Room is quite clean. Only one thing made me unconfortable is the water pressure of the shower is very low. We cannot use the shower head which equipped with the hot water heater to wash our hair. Need to use the rain shower which water is not heated. We do hope the hotel can improve this."

Even though the banana scent was not my personal favorite, it did not significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel. Everything else about the stay was comfortable and convenient. The ceiling of the room is high, clear, clean, the surrounding is decorated in modern tones, beautiful, comfortable for the eyes, and there is a balcony behind the room as well. There are good facilities, swimming pool, hair dryer, drinks and snacks available."
