Welcome to my home! A perfect west side of Denver location to enjoy summer and everything else Colorado has to offer! The walk-out basement is ridiculous (host lives upstairs). With a separate lockoff entrace through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, WiFi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the private pool area (heated pool & hot tub are both fully open!), 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas fireplace, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees for privacy (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Close to amenities (lake, hiking, restaurants, grocery, watering holes). There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, with a hallway connecting them. The master bedroom has its own ensuit (shower, toilet), and the others have access to the communal bathroom (with shower bath, toilet).The master bedroom has a king size bed; with the others fitted with queen beds (one of the basement bedrooms has both a queen and a twin bed inside). There's another roll-out twin bed for an additional 12th sleeper if needed.In the basement, the two bedrooms connect to the common entertainment area and have access to a bathroom downstairs that has a shower, toilet and sink.Guest accessWe'd love for you to make yourself feel as comfortable and at home as possible!
