"The front desk hotel clerk should be a bit more pleasant . The hotel room needs to be renovated . The tub is all scratched up and all. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I would suggest for the owner to allow for late check out even with a fee , would be acceptable or reasonable for customers. We were told too by the front desk hotel clerk that late checkout won’t be considered, except for a 30 minute extension because the housekeeping cleaning crew were less staffed and that a Baseball team are expected to check in. It didn’t seem like there were really a lot of occupants in the hotel, based on what we’ve seen at parked cars at the parking lot. I supposed , considering the hotel price rate we paid, it would be as expected ."
