It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.Neighborhood: We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Guests inquiring about an event will be asked to provide specific details before it can be approved. Security devices: We have a doorbell video camera at the front entry door for security purposes. This is the only camera on the property. Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful Florida style home. Easy to get to, centrally located and only eight minutes drive to beaches, Downtown Delray and Downtown Boynton Beach.The house has three stylish cozy bedrooms. The primary suite has a king size bed and the two other bedrooms have queen size beds. There are two bathrooms, laundry room, living room with a pull out bed, kitchen and dining room. There is a wonderful backyard space with a large pool and a covered area for dining and games. For entertainment in the pool area there is a dart board, bocce ball and putting green. We also have a beautiful zen garden where you can relax in the hammock, read a book, and sip on a refreshing beverage. There is a gazebo with chairs around a fire pit. Bluetooth music can easily be hooked up to and played on indoor and/or outdoor speakers. Internet and Wi-Fi television are also included. Streaming services like youtubeTV and Netflix are available.We live nearby and love our town. We have been part of the community over 30 years. We are available via phone or text message if you have any questions at all on what to do or where to go. We can let you know what our favorite spots are.This home is east I95 and between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach.This is a a friendly and family neighborhood. Great location to get anywhere and still quiet and peaceful.
