"The lady at check in was so nice and helpful! The hotel itself is another story. Wyndham hotels has always been a great well known name in hotels. That is why I chose this hotel. I was 100% disappointed in the room and the hotel itself! Nasty!! From the elevator to our room!! Nasty! I will not do that mistake again! Look closely at all pics! I was sooo disappointed! We slept on top of the bed spread because of how nasty it looked! We were so tired or tire otherwise would have driven back home! The furniture was so ragged and dirty and the air conditioner was barely working and the cigarette butt holder was right in front of our door so that is where everyone came to smoke and of course when we open the door the smoke came right in the room! The hotel was dirty and the floors and the carpet in the elevator and I could go on and on but it was that bad! The hair dryer had lipstick that looked like had melted on it and the only clean thing was the shower and it was new. We also had to ask for a remote to the tv.
The people who worked up front were awesome and we totally appreciated that!!! Please take and invest in upgrading and cleaning this place up!!

Great
沈沈The hotel is very good. The room is large and quiet. The front desk is very welcoming. There are many guests who bring pets. Basically, each room has a dog 🐶
GGuest UserHotel was very convenient to I 95, and easy to access. A large selection of restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, and employees helpful and polite. Cleanliness not what we expected, especially coming out of a pandemic. No evidence of hand sanitizer anywhere in hotel. Room carpeting was not clean, the remote and phone were filthy.
SSteph GraysonStaff was polite and checkin / out was seamless. The breakfast was very good, great selections and flavor was so very good. Everything was kept topped off.
GGuest UserThis was the second time we stayed here. The electric plugs on the desk did not work, the room was good. The bathroom had some issues. No shower curtain so had to go to the front desk to get one. They did offer to come and install but it was easy so I did it. The shower was dirty. The tile about two feet from the floor had mold and scum all over. The electric sock by the sink (used for hair dryer) was not attached to the wall (Safety hazzard). The room (1st floor) backed up to the kitchen. At 3:30AM the kitchen crew began and that was the last minute we slept. The crew was noisy, banging equipment, voices loud, etc.) that room should not be used except for storage. As we left the room to continue our trip home to Florida, the manager happened to be outside out door. I brought him into the room and he was not pleased. Next time I will ask for a room on the second floor not near the kitchen.
