It is not heated. There is some plaster loss that’s a bit discolored. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool cleaner and pool net available.The pool is being replastered, tiled and mastic repaired end of November.The spaceEach bedroom is large and spacious.The kitchen is well equipped for most of your cooking/baking needs. Salt, pepper, some spices, oil is provided. Coffee, creamer, sugar is also provided.All linens, and towels are provided.Guest accessA keypad is located on the front door for access. It is self-check in.Other things to noteWhile there is a fence around the backyard, the pool itself does not have a safety fence. The fence has a lock and there are 3 locks on the backdoor. Once the backdoor is unlocked there is access to the 8ft pool. Guests must use caution and abide by all pool rules. There is a 4ft shallow end, but the host doesn't recommend for non-swimmers.There is NO lifeguard on duty.
