"We stayed for a couple of nights in July 2024. This was our third time at this hotel. Despite the relatively high price, the quality of service was quite poor. 1. There was no hot water for three days, and then no cold either. It turned out that a room on the 4th floor meant there was a risk of no water. 2. The refrigerator didn't work, despite three attempts to repair it. Expensive food items were spoiled. They were brought as a gift. 3. The hotel restaurant on the shore couldn't keep up with all the customers, with exactly half the room occupied, meaning lunch and dinner were at risk of nervous breakdowns. We had to wait 20 minutes for the menu alone. The food was slow to prepare, but it was delicious. 4. The restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel can be rented for various events on the weekend. In our case, it was a wedding. Yes, as the administrator promised, the noise and din ended on time, but then the organizers began setting up the structures and decorations for the event. They didn't deny themselves anything. They worked hard. The noise level was off the charts. It was 12 am. We had to go out and discuss the rules. 5. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and varied, but very expensive. 6. The trash from the previous guest was not removed from the room. On the plus side: a gorgeous view of the river from the window (important to us), comfortable beds, luxurious decoration of the halls and hotel rooms, free parking. A big thank you to the administrators; they tried their best to steer things along, but naturally, they couldn't do anything. This requires a different administrative resource. The owners need to be involved. The mood is ruined. The wonderful impressions of the first two visits have vanished. We will not consider this hotel next time. We will not recommend it to anyone. What a shame!"
