"I had an early flight, so I checked into Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport the day before. The outlets are just one subway stop away, so it was really convenient for shopping and good food. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and you can walk directly to T1 in under 10 minutes. The front desk staff were great during check-in, and the room was well-equipped, clean, bright, and quiet!"

"Very good overall, it's worth staying here just for the pillows. Although hotels love to have huge pillows and many people love the way huge pillows look they destroy your neck unless you are a giraffe. The breakfast buffet was very good. On the downside there's no neighborhood basically just a convenience store and that's it. Another problem I had was Google maps gave me the wrong directions. Not the fault of the hotel."

"Took a taxi from Kansai Airport cost Y5300. Far from rinku town near to 24 hours supermarket and 100 Yen shop. With a BBQ restaurant nearby. Nearby train stop 9min walk, one stop , change to airport train for departure. Small room."

Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport ★★★★
"Fantastic location! It's right across from the train station when you exit T1, and the hotel is just a short walk from there. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store, and several restaurants are located on the upper floors. The stairs can be a bit of a hassle, with the connecting walkway on the second floor and the front desk on the first. This hotel is perfect for late-night arrivals or catching early morning flights. You can even pop over to the terminal for a meal. The room size is incredibly spacious, which is quite rare for Japan, nearly 30 square meters, and it even comes with two armchairs. The view from the window is of planes and the ocean. Each floor has an ice machine, and a very practical ice bucket is provided. The bathrobes are also very comfortable, and the bathtub is huge – you can really stretch out in it. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else is perfect."

Hotel GT Kansai International Airport (Adult Only) ★★
"The upside is free parking, but it didn't feel very good, and we arrived at midnight, so we couldn't rent a car until the next day. It cost 5500 yen to take an Alphard taxi, which was not close, and there were no cars around, so it was difficult in the morning. But the price is not expensive, it is still good."

"I appreciate the woman in the Front Desk as she can speak English, and she helped me to make a taxi reservation. Breakfast will be better if every day is different menu but no big deal for me anyway."

Kansai International Airport Hotel 11 ★★★★
"This place is just too far from the city center. It took us until dark to get to Dotonbori, even though we left at 3 PM. For Universal Studios, we had to get up at 6 AM, and with all the transfers, we didn't get there until 9:30 AM, which meant we spent our last day queuing at the park. The transfers were a real pain! Coming back at night, the trains didn't go all the way, so it took over two hours to get back to the hotel. And when we first arrived, dragging our suitcases from the station to the hotel was a disaster; the roads were terrible for luggage, narrow and winding, it took forever to find the place. The hotel basically offers no service. You have to clean yourself and leave your trash outside the room door. And check-out is at 10 AM! I booked this hotel during a public holiday in Japan when everything was full. And it still cost me over 700 a night, around 1400 for two nights, folks. I feel like such a fool!"
