"the room was clean but the bed has a little black ants on it but it was all good we just clean it up and they were all gone, lots of pool to enjoy with unfortunately 2-3 yrs old kid wouldn’t probably enjoy it because all pools are 3ft above and they still couldn’t reach it.. it was an overnight stay it’s nice that their pool closes at 11pm but noisy loud speaker.. I was sleeping around 5-10pm for work and was waken up by the noise around 8pm until 10pm and i wasn’t able to sleep.. my work starts at 12am.. overall we enjoy our stay though"

"The hotel did not meet expectations. The rooms are quite old and clearly in need of renovation. In addition, the service was disappointing, particularly at the front desk. One female staff member was notably unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills, which negatively affected the overall experience. Front desk personnel should be more welcoming and professional, as they represent the first point of contact for guests. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay at this hotel since it was Sinulog 2026 and most hotels within Cebu City proper were already fully booked."

"We had a great stay that perfectly suited our purpose 😊 We rented kayaks from a nearby beach and went fishing. The accommodation had cooking utensils and a kitchen, so we were able to cook and eat. It was delicious. Other than that, the facilities were fine, there was a pool, and it was very comfortable."
