"This hotel needs significant updates. Our first‑floor room was directly below ongoing renovations on the second floor, which created a lot of noise during daytime hours. The room had no phone, and breakfast was not offered or communicated. Considering the condition and amenities, the stay did not feel worth the price. I would choose a different hotel next time."
