"1. The room is very close to the road, and the noise of motorcycles makes it impossible to sleep all night; 2. I booked three days' stay, but couldn't tolerate the noise. I tried to cancel two days ago, but they wouldn't let me. My attempts to negotiate with Ctrip were unsuccessful; 3. There are no slippers in the room; you need to buy your own. If you can tolerate the noise, the overall environment is acceptable. However, if you have high requirements for your sleep environment, you should be cautious about staying at this hotel."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel is presented online as a luxury property, but the actual experience was far from what was advertised. The price is definitely luxury-hotel level, but the service, guest experience, and policies felt more like those of a one-star hotel. There were so many restrictions and policies that made the stay inconvenient and frustrating. It seems to be trying to imitate the concept of a premium resort, but the experience is nowhere near comparable. What made it worse was the misleading impression created by the website and marketing. Guests expect a certain level of service and experience when paying a premium price, and unfortunately, this hotel did not deliver. The cleanliness was just so-so, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the shower was disappointing, and there wasn’t even an automatic bidet—basic comforts you would expect from a hotel charging this kind of rate. And one of the biggest frustrations: the pet fee is very expensive, yet pets are not even allowed in the alfresco area. If guests are already paying a hefty pet fee, there should at least be a reasonable and comfortable designated area where pets are allowed. For the price we paid, we expected much better service, hospitality, comfort, and overall value. Definitely not the luxury experience that was advertised. Very disappointing and, quite frankly, misleading."
