"The hotel is good, and the quality matches the price. The breakfast was delicious and substantial, served from 7:00 AM, and the pool was open until 11:00 PM. The double room is a decent size and has air conditioning, which is perfect for the warm weather. It also has a smart TV with Netflix included. The staff was excellent; we felt comfortable asking questions at all times. My only complaint would be that we were only given one towel and one bar of soap for two people, and that the bathroom sink faucet was a bit loose and dripped if it wasn't closed tightly. Also, in the rooms facing the street, there's a lot of motorcycle noise at night, which can be bothersome when sleeping, but that's normal in any hotel in Tarapoto."

Excellent Pet-Friendly hotel, the staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming, my dogs were welcome as special guests and had an amazing stay. Rooms are very clean, A/C works perfect, the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with view and delicious food, the breakfast buffet has a great selection. We loved Suisui hotel, we recommend it specially if you are traveling with pets."

"Marina house has the option to choose a apartment to stay, it is very useful if you are in a group of 6 people, as it has a kitchen, 2 private bathrooms and one room. Clean rooms. Breakfast included, very good. They also offer a choice of tourism, they must ask at reception."
