"The hotel is good, and the quality matches the price. The breakfast was delicious and substantial, served from 7:00 AM, and the pool was open until 11:00 PM. The double room is a decent size and has air conditioning, which is perfect for the warm weather. It also has a smart TV with Netflix included. The staff was excellent; we felt comfortable asking questions at all times. My only complaint would be that we were only given one towel and one bar of soap for two people, and that the bathroom sink faucet was a bit loose and dripped if it wasn't closed tightly. Also, in the rooms facing the street, there's a lot of motorcycle noise at night, which can be bothersome when sleeping, but that's normal in any hotel in Tarapoto."

"My eyes were delighted by the hotel's contemporary style in an oasis of tropical greenery. Modern and very clean. The bed linen is white, the kitchen is clean (you can cook your own meals there), and the dishes are free of chips and cracks. The kitchen and common areas are constantly cleaned. The women working in the kitchen are friendly. Breakfast was a delightful variety: omelettes, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, and herbs. Fruit, a toaster, and good butter. Cheese. Various spreads. Delicious pancakes. Drinks are available all day. There's a refrigerator and storage space for your own food. I was pleased to have a place for meditation and quiet relaxation. The city center is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. Cons: The road is unpaved for 300-400 meters, muddy in the rain. My room overlooked a dry, abandoned garden and a construction site (because of this, I couldn't use the hammock on my terrace). Overall, the room was pleasant; soap seemed to be natural, and they replenished it almost every day. If they'd added shampoo, it would have been absolutely wonderful. Overall, everything was beautiful, comfortable, and delicious. The staff was friendly and always responded PROMPTLY. There's a safe in the room."

"I can't recommend to tourists 🌍 to stay in this hotel 🏨. Hygiene conditions have been disgraceful 😖, the hotel was dirty and all rooms were unpleasant smell 🤢. In addition, they dare to charge extra for the use of air conditioning ❄️, ¡ who would have thought it! 🤯 In my opinion, it's just ridiculous."

"Unfortunately, the hotel isn't up to the standard it's advertised for, and here are the reasons: - They offer airport shuttle service, but when we arrived, no one was waiting at the airport, so we had to call. This could be detrimental to a foreign tourist without a local number. - The hotel has a branch in Laguna Azul, and despite being part of the same hotel chain, it doesn't offer shuttle service between the two hotels. If you have a reservation at the other Riosol hotel, be prepared to arrive alone. - They prefer to sell drinks to a couple of tourists until midnight and allow the noise regardless of other guests. In the morning, the noise from the kitchen will keep you awake. Sleeping in the hotel for more than six hours will be impossible. - The infrastructure for a night over $50 is very poor compared to hotels in the capital. The lamps don't work."

"This is our second stay here but we're not going back due to the horrible way they treated us and an employee of theirs at checkout. The personnel here went out of their way to accommodate us the last minute for a weeks stay and ensured we had what we needed at all times. At checkout, they calculated our price wrong (unknown to us) and confirmed twice by two persons all was settled. Later (we stayed for a few more hours) they realized they made a mistake and asked us to pay a difference. We disputed this and they looked at everything and realized they were at fault and told us we don't have to pay the difference as compensation for the inconvenience. Later, we were asked to pay again or an enployee of theirs had to pay from their salary... This is horrible, an employee here can get economically responsible for being serviceminded and loyal to ensure we'd come back. In the end, we payed up to save the employee from the punishment. They actually made sure we felt that it was us who punished the employee and not them. Worst experience at a hotel ever."
