"I was amazed when I entered the room. It was very large and designed in a Nanyang style. Every detail was carefully selected and the color combination was beautiful. It was clean and tidy, and it looked very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and soft, exceeding my expectations. There is a convenience store downstairs, but it was difficult to find a taxi. It was raining at night, but the owner found it after communicating directly with the driver."

"We booked this accommodation because we had to be at the airport early the next morning. We had booked a room with a double bed and a private bathroom. Air conditioning was also visible in the photos of this room. On the afternoon of arrival (26/5/2026), we provided our arrival time as requested via Trip, whereupon the landlady indicated that she could not find our booking and provided no further information. Upon arrival at the address listed on Trip with house number 142, it turned out that the house was empty. We then called the landlady, which was a very confusing conversation with many contradictory statements. She indicated that she had not found our booking and that there were other guests in the room. Subsequently, she sent an incorrect address twice. The first was the address where we already were (the empty house), and the ******* was a highway shoulder where, according to Google Maps, there are no buildings. After insisting on assistance in finding the property, we arrived at the accommodation at number 241 (so not 142) via video call... In the meantime, our booking had been found, and the key was to be brought by the cleaning lady, who spoke no English. She opened two rooms: one with a single bed without air conditioning or a bathroom, and another with a bunk bed, also without air conditioning or a bathroom. We indicated that this was not what we had booked, whereupon she placed an unmade mattress with a fleece blanket on the dusty floor next to the single bed (see photo) and left. We called the landlady, who on the one hand denied that there was a problem and on the other indicated that she had made a double booking. Given the time and the lack of other accommodations nearby, we agreed that we would receive a refund and sleep on our own air mattresses in the room. Instead of air conditioning, there was a dusty fan hanging there, which we ended up using anyway because of the heat. Unfortunately, we have not received a refund to date (10/7/2026)."
