"The place is lovely in every way apart from the sound proofing of the rooms. Staff and food were great, rooms very clean and spacious. We booked a junior suite and were surprised this still faced out on to the street. The street is very busy with loud vehicles and uneven road surface. I could hear it all even through ear plugs. If we were staying more than one night I’d have asked to move, even if it meant a room downgrade."

"What a shame that they are letting the hotel down. I travel by motorcycle frequently and this was a perfect hotel to stop between Oaxaca and Morelos. This time when I arrived “they were filling the pool” so I almost cancelled my stay, the receptionist assured me that I could go in “even if it wasn’t full” I paid and then they told me that I couldn’t go in because they had put chemicals in it. THE REASON I stopped here was just without a pool, I asked for a discount or compensation because I TOLD the receptionist that if I couldn’t swim I would go somewhere else. Well, not even a bottle of water. Once in the room the curtains were down and you could see everything from outside. The bathroom smells like a sewer. The internet doesn’t work. In the restaurant I ordered skirt steak and they bring you like 100g all thin as if it were steak. I will NEVER stay here again."
