"Nice room with all you expect for this type of Hotel, includding Free WiFi, A/C, among others. Breakfast could be better, specially the machine coffee in a expresso coffee country! Free parking, but 400 m away and uphill all the way from the Hotel. Swimming pool it´s not in the Hotel too. It´s in a public park 250 m away. Dinner was good, but poor selection of wine, again in a wine producer country!!!"

"Very familiar hotel. We were here for a week to walk to National Park. The owners are very friendly and guest friendly. Dining is excellently prepared. The rooms are simply furnished and very clean. Just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the street, the lake is located with a small beach to bath."

"A great Apartment in a quaint town close to the fantastic national park Peneda Gerês. This apartment is extremely well set up and has a great kitchen, a comfortable double bed and good airconditioning. Well loved the small stone peasant village of Campo do Gerês with its grapevine street shade and quaint stone houses, food storage buildings and a couple of small bars. It is a great place to hike and explore the nature this Portuguese national park has to offer. We especially liked the rapids and bathing walk that starts at the border of Spain"
