"I stayed here for one evening. The hotel is in a nice location and I liked it because it is a historic building. However, the hotel is overpriced for the conditions and services. There are many hotels in the location that are in much better condition and provide better breakfast at a more affordable price. I stayed there because I was told the room was quiet and the breakfast included fresh brewed coffee, and as the manager/ower told me when I checked in. I actually asked her two times. She was dishonest with me. In reality, the room was small and very noisy as it faced a courtyard and there were loud noise until midnight and then very early in the morning the staff made loud noise at 6am as they prepared breakfast. The breakfast was ac2 star rating not very good and there was no coffee as promised. They had very bad instant powered coffee that was not something one would expect at a hotel that claims to be at the standard and at the price for that location. They told me that if I wanted coffee for breakfast, I would have to pay extra for it. I was not impressed with the management, and I felt that the owner was not honest when I booked into the hotel. It was a disappointing stay and I have been travelling throughout Thailand for many weeks and I have had only very positive experiences. This was not a hotel I would recommend."
