"Old luxury hotel - resort style big pool, great breakfast, spacious rooms. They have to renovate it, but it still very nice. Ah, by the way. Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor. And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: "It was an error in room description". Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))"

"Worst check in experience ever had in a 5 star hotel. During check in, manager in the lobby desk, no eye contact, no greeting, not even a smile. She just take my passport and pass to her staff, didn't even tell me to walk that counter. Cannot believe this will happen in sedona hotel. Highly suggest training and review the lobby manager who on duty during my check in. However the other lobby staff are helpful at all. The lobby manager must change her working attitude and be like a professional in a five star hotel."

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always efficient in providing excellent service. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to rest and relax after our journey. We stayed for two weeks and consistently received excellent housekeeping and room service whenever we needed it. "Location is basically good but not easy to find shops nearby, Inya lake is just on the opposite side of the road but have to walk long way from the hotel room because the hotel is situated in the inward inlet. There's no water bottle in the room but instead guests have to go to the hallway to use the water server machine, which never gave cold enough water. This is an European hotel and says a lot about eco-friendly or sustainable stuff, but it means downgraded service compared to other hotels run by Korea or Singapore. Breakfast is simply superb and I liked very much.  Overall good hotel but it is recommended those who can sacrifice comfort for the sake of some peculiar things like sustainability."
