"We entered the hotel with a 2-day confirmation booking at 7 p.m. when we arrived, the door was locked. By coincidence, the door was opened and another guest came out, thanks to it, we entered. The reception was closed. Our room card and password were left on the table. The restaurant was completely closed. There was no one with regard to the hotel. We were in difficulty because there were no hours of receipt and no information about this situation. We were like we were coming to an Airbnb, not the hotel. In this case, the website must be informed that the reception and restaurant service are closed after a certain hour. The hotel's work hasn't made us feel safe. We don't think we're going to stay again."

"I recently stayed at the Hotel du Midi in Thones and my children and I absolutely loved it! It is nestled directly in the heart of town across from the cathedral with stunning views of the alps. It is wonderfully charming and family run with the upmost kindness to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The balcony off of my room (Triple) was enormous, as in more like a deck off of a house and had the best view to wake up to. The beds were so comfortable, fluffy pillows and soft bedding. The bathroom is modern and the walk in shower has great water pressure. It was lovely to have my own bedroom with a door while my children enjoyed staying up later on their bunk beds. They have a lovely restaurant called the Petite Chalet that is obviously a favorite amongst locals and tourists alike."
